Devotional Day 7: Anchored in Three
Scripture:
“May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.” 2 Corinthians 13:14 (NLT)
Reflection:
As we close this first week, think of a three-strand rope. One strand might hold a little weight, but three strands braided together are powerful. They can tow a car, anchor a boat, or secure a heavy load.
The three strands of the Trinity anchor our faith:
We have the Love of God the Father: a foundation that cannot be shaken.
We have the Grace of the Lord Jesus Christ: a gift that cannot be exhausted.
We have the Fellowship of the Holy Spirit: a companion who never leaves.
When life tries to pull you apart, these three hold you together. You don’t have to face tomorrow on your own strength. You are surrounded, supported, and sustained by the Triune God. As you move into next week, carry this blessing with you. Let the Father’s love, the Son’s grace, and the Spirit’s friendship be the atmosphere you live in.
Prayer:
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, thank You for being my all in all. Thank You for the love, grace, and fellowship that sustain me. As I step into a new week, keep me anchored in the truth of who You are. I love You. Amen.
