Matthew 16:13-20

• I Am Who Jesus Says I Am.

Who do you say that Jesus is?

“You are the Messiah, the Son of the Living God.” Matthew 16:16 (p.747)

Who does Jesus say that I am?

 “Now I say to you that you are Peter (which means ‘rock)…” Matthew 16:18 (p.747)

In Christ, You are:

Chosen – Ephesians 1:4

Forgiven – 1 John 1:9

His Heir – Romans 8:17

Purified – Hebrews 10:22

Qualified – 2 Corinthians 3:4-6
